The Lobster Zone, Inc. produces our units using only the highest quality materials and components.  Our boxes utilize exterior grade plywood which is then laminated on the exterior and waterproofed using two-part water-proof epoxy on the interior surfaces.  The water tank uses double paned thermally insulated glass.  Our mechanical assemblies utilize (at a minimum) 316 stainless steel and bearing quality polymers where every possible to make our parts and assemblies as resistant to the harsh salt water environment as we possibly can.

All of our machined parts, mechanical steel, and cabinetry are produced on CNC equipment insuring that each piece can be reproduced to very stringent tolerances.  At the heart of our Environmental Control System we purchase one the top-rated chiller units for our application.  The biological setup is a time-proven high quality modular low maintenance system.  Our electrical systems are assembled utilizing gold-plated components that increase the life of the product in the saltwater environment.  All these products are brought together in our Florida manufacturing facility and assembled by hand by our highly trained and qualified personnel.  Each machine is thoroughly tested and inspected before it leaves the warehouse giving us a very successful system in the field.
